Inside Sales Associate Opportunity!
Location: Buford GA

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Monday-Friday, Temp-to-perm

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr 

About the Role:

The Inside Sales associate has a wide range of responsibilities, where the #1 responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service while increasing sales volume on every telephone call received.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities - Inside Sales associate:

  • Input and maintenance of all sales orders, including follow-up, shipping and tracking coordination with warehouse.
  • Monitor and release all applicable online orders, including follow-up, shipping and tracking coordination with warehouse.
  • Research and provide ETA’s for any backordered product.
  • Be knowledgeable of quoted projects, dealer agreements, price lists, personal use and RMA procedures as well as merchandise availability.
  • Continuously build and strengthen B2B relationships with our dealer network.
  • Be knowledgeable of all related reports, including backorder, suspense, open and warehouse.
  • Be knowledgeable of all brands, benefits, specs, installation, care & use manuals, and literature and manufacturer websites.
  • Be knowledgeable of current marketing programs, spiffs and new products.
  • Computer knowledge and experience is a must.
  • Experience with Microsoft office and the ability to learn software programs; Syspro, Datamagine, RMA module, Quote module, MapPoint, Viking Extranet.
  • Ability to learn Viking Online Chat.
  • Coordinate and support all communication with Viking District Sales Managers and Territory Vice Presidents.
  • Any other sales activities and tasks as prescribed by Management.

Required Skills:

  1. Minimum 3 years Sales Experience required, preferably in high-end market.
  2. Highly motivated, positive & professional attitude.
  3. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
  5. Excellent telephone etiquette.
  6. Team player and the ability to adapt to change.
  7. Comfortable with inbound and outbound sales calling.
  8. Computer skills required: Proficient in Microsoft office and comfortable learning new programs.
