Warehouse Associate
1st: 7:00am to 3:30pm ($13.00/hr)
2nd: 3:30pm to 12:00am ($13.50/hr)



 Primarily responsible for converting, labeling and packaging of pressure sensitive films, linerboard and manually manufactured products in an effective and high-quality manner.


 • Perform machine setups to start a production cycle and run all pieces of mechanical equipment in a safe and efficient manner

o Equipment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Rewinder
  • Slitter
  • Builder Board machine
  • Forklifts (sit-down and stand-up)
  • Platform ladder
  • Chop saw
  • Pallet jack
  • Shrink-wrap machine
  • Air compressor

• Compile the necessary raw materials, ensure appropriate portions/measurements and place them in the machine as specified.

• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.

• Gain knowledge of all packing, labeling and assembly of manually manufactured products.

• Conduct minor maintenance, including preventative maintenance and documentation of all manufacturing equipment.

• Advise management of any machine problems, material concerns, or any other issues that may arise.

• Report to supervisor regularly, keeping them updated on production activities and progress, provide timely feedback to the company regarding product failures or product concerns.

• Learn different packaging requirements of company and its customers.

• Assemble from bill of materials, verbal instructions or other means.

• Maintain clean workspace and assist in keeping the Production area organized and clean.

• Assist with end of year inventory.

• Display professionalism in all settings.

• Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.


• Proven experience as a machine operator preferred

• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic mathematics proficiency

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

• Solid time management skills

• Strong team player

The employee must possess the physical ability to perform the following:

 • Continuous standing for long periods of time

• Frequent walking

• Frequent lifting with both arms of weights up to 55 lbs. and occasional lifting with both arms of weights up to 65 lbs.

• Frequent pushing, pulling, twisting, stooping, pivoting, reaching, and grasping

• Repetitive movements with both hands

• Sufficient manual dexterity required to operate equipment

• Balancing

• Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination

• Ability to pack/unpack product into trays, cartons, cases and pallets to a precise location and within prescribed times

• Capability to perform visual quality checks and visually detect out-of-tolerance conditions and/or mechanical problems and must possess vision correctable to a degree required to read production schedules, written instructions, packaging lot codes, posted safety guidelines and plant policies

• Hearing required to be within normal ranges

• Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise and effective manner with the co-workers, management, and staff in face-to-face, one-on-one and group settings

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others

• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance


The above functions must be performed in limited access areas which are inherent to machine design, production packaging conveying systems, hot and cold temperatures, and in loud noise that requires PPE. No hazardous substances are utilized in the position; however, employees must be able to work in a production environment that may contain dust and/or slippery walking surfaces. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment may be loud. Employees must tolerate inclement weather, including excessive heat and cold.
